A few weeks ago I performed a few songs at Fredrick Meijer Gardens, a great outdoor venue in West Michigan. Ralston Bowles curates the Tuesday Evening Music Club, this video took place on the last night of the summer series.

The song was written to my Dad, who died in a plane crash in 1995.

The studio version of this song was recorded in 2007, was produced by produced by Jonny Traxx, co-written by Audiological and features vocals from my friend Karisa Wilson, who isn’t present in the video as I decided to perform the song just minutes prior…

The first two verses were written back in 2001, long before I had any serious artistic aspirations, just some journalistic writing.

  1. Thank You

  2. Man, I am really glad you still perform this song occasionally. This track and #13 have both connected with me in a deep place. And I know I am not alone in that.

    • Thanks Wayne. I’m glad those tracks connected…It feels good to still perform them from time to time so many years after their creation. 5iveit.
